our process
Our signature personal branding photography experience takes the time to figure out who you are, who you serve, what you do, why it matters, and how to communicate it visually and effectively.

In the call, she'll be giving you an overview of who we are, who we serve, and how we show up as a photo studio,
She'll be asking you about your vision, timeline, and location for the shoot.
And btw, we usually record the calls to make sure we don't forget anything. Please let Praise know if you'd prefer not to have it recorded.
Our team sends you a brochure via email where we breakdown all the deliverables we offer and pricing. If you need a brand strategist/stylist and a make-up artist/hair stylist, we have in-house friends who'd love to work with you!
If you're done choosing, submit the brochure to us. Also, we can customize a package for you depending on what you need.
Once we check your choice/s, we send you an agreement which you can sign. Along this, is the invoice with details on how much to pay, how to pay, and when to pay.
We divide payment into 2:
1. 50% Deposit - paid when the invoice was sent to reserve your date
2. 50% Balance - paid on the day of the shoot

If you have your own stylist or if you plan to DIY, we send you a questionnaire where we can get the details in order to nail your vision for the shoot.
With Styling: Once Stephanie sends us the Brand Shoot Style Deck, we work together with her and create a production sheet. If you have your own stylist, we communicate with him /her to get everything we need.
W/out Styling: Once you answer and submit the questionnaire, we'll start creating a production sheet.
A production sheet is where we put in the timeline, shot list, contact list, and props list.
Our team will send you what we've drafted so far for your checking.
Based on the production sheet we just go!

Then, you click the heart icon on photos you like to be edited. The total number of photos is based on our agreement. Any extra pictures you pick to edit, we invoice $10 each.

Additional photos are charged $20 each.
We send you an email with the link of the online gallery and the PIN to download your photos.
Download formats can either be web-size and high resolution.
High resolution is best for printing and web-size has been downsized for faster loading if you want to post them online
