Oxford Exchange
girls.
gosh, it’s great to be one of them.
I went back home to Florida over the Winter holiday where I and a couple of girlfriends ventured into the Oxford Exchange in Tampa which I can only describe as Anthropologie but with a fantastic chicken burger. The amount of natural light in this lifestyle shop/restaurant destination makes my eyes salivate (which is probably a good thing since I had LASIK done just the day before – forgive the lack of eye makeup – and also I can now see. and I do a happy dance as part of my morning routine. cue hallelujah chorus!!)
This is actually my second time here. The first time I went without my camera so I could soak all the prismed bookshelves, crawling ivy, and high-end English decor in, simply appreciating it but when I left then, I knew I had to return with my gear. The funny thing about being a photographer is you labor to capture the moment that you can forget to be in it.
Ok now, I’m done with my theorizing.
Let your own eyes enjoy the laughter and the high-end chairs and how we buy out clearance holiday gift wrap.
Myriam’s judging face toward me I will treasure like the last pink square in a Starburst pack, haha.
Recoloring after a fabulous quinoa, flatbread, kale conquest.
I delight when I find pieces of my San Francisco home in my Florida home.
